Provide service to clients with high-complexity financial risks (Financial Lines insurance) via telephone and/or digital tools, ensuring each client is assisted promptly and accurately with their inquiries.
Prepare quotes, monitor processes, issue and send proposals/policies through market research to identify the best options and pricing that fully meet the client’s needs.
Present detailed descriptions of the product’s characteristics, features and technical requirements to clients through in-person meetings and/or digital tools, clarifying coverage, exclusions, applicability, claims cases, etc., for Financial Lines insurance.
Maintain policy records using systems and digital tools to ensure the commission reconciliation process is organized and secure.
Collect outstanding premium amounts via telephone and/or digital tools to ensure all payments are duly received.
Act as a trainer and/or point of reference for other team members by providing training and guidance so everyone can make optimal use of applications and work tools in pursuit of results.
Perform other related duties inherent to the role as required by the area’s needs, through training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or related fields
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Professional experience placing Surety, D&O, E&O and Cyber insurance
