About this role
Role Overview
Build and develop new business within the insurance and TAA ecosystem
Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead qualification to contract closing
Develop and implement sales strategies for insurers, broker organizations and partners
Present our solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers
Build long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships
Work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success
Monitor the market and identify new business opportunities in the insurance sector
Requirements
Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the insurance, FinTech or InsurTech sector
Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise customers
Strong network or understanding of the insurance industry (carriers, brokers, MGAs, platforms)
Strong closing mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Structured, self-directed way of working
Very good German language skills (min. C1 level, spoken and written)
