About this role
Role Overview
Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers across marketing, media, and procurement teams.
Build prospect lists that support outbound sales campaigns.
Assist with preparing messaging for cold email and LinkedIn prospecting.
Conduct light market research to identify companies that could benefit from Guideline's product suite.
Monitor database usage across client accounts to identify organizations approaching license limits or increased engagement.
Flag potential upsell, renewal, or expansion opportunities for the Sales and Customer Success teams.
Support account health tracking and help ensure customers are maximizing value from the platform.
Maintain the accuracy and cleanliness of the company CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Remove outdated contacts, correct invalid emails, and ensure company records remain up to date.
Assist with organizing sales pipeline data, updating opportunity records, and improving CRM reporting.
Help track deal progress across the sales pipeline and ensure records remain organized.
Assist sales reps in preparing materials for meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
Assist with internal preparation for client meetings, renewals, and performance reviews.
Help coordinate internal follow-ups and ensure action items from client conversations are tracked.
Requirements
Applicants must be currently enrolled at a two-or-four-year college/university, and be a rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior.
