Developing production programs and guidelines to support company objectives
Organizing job training for team members to achieve production goals
Investigating production issues and developing resolutions
Determining equipment, material, and manpower requirements for project execution
Monitoring production activities and adjusting schedules for on-time delivery
Reporting to upper management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering / MBA
15–20 years of progressive experience in Wind Power Industries
Understanding of wind turbine components and maintenance
Application of engineering principles in production and maintenance
Implementing and managing quality assurance systems
Scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
Managing operational costs and improving efficiency
Supervising technicians, engineers, and production staff
Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards.
