Identify and source RFP opportunities that are aligned with business growth goals
Manage RFP activities from initial receipt through final submission, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, Implementation, Strategy, IT Security, Marketing etc.) to develop winning responses
Transform complex information into persuasive written content, clearly articulating value proposition and differentiation
Draft response deliverables, manage project workflows, and conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance
Effectively handle a workload that includes multiple proposal assignments and other projects, consistently meeting deadlines
Maintain deep knowledge of commercial banking products and services
Format, proofread, and edit all proposed deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and a polished appearance with final oversight to be done by Manager
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience
3 or more years commercial banking, financial services, and/or a related industry such as procurement/sourcing
3 or more years Request For Proposal (RFP) process management including a track record with complex RFPs
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines at the same time
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
Able to manage complex RPFs and proposals
Proficiency in RFP management tools such as Loopio or Qvidian (Preferred)
