Partner Technical Architect

Role Overview

• Serve as an architecture governance authority for key SI partners
• Build working reference implementations, Partner Field Kits, and reusable patterns
• Provide white-glove deployment support for lighthouse, high-risk, and first-of-kind Agentforce deployments
• Advise on partner technical artifacts including MCP servers, sub-agents, and agent skills
• Establish evaluation frameworks, observability standards, and production quality benchmarks
• Collaborate with Salesforce Product and Engineering teams to translate field signals into platform improvements
• Model agent economics and consumption patterns

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience
• 3+ years of production AI/ML experience
• True builder mindset—portfolio of technical work required
• Applied agentic architecture expertise: single-agent and multi-agent patterns
• Enterprise strategic planning exposure
• Track record of connecting technical work to business outcomes
• Strong understanding of regulated industry requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2)
• Exceptional communication skills
