Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of healthcare industry experience with a strong understanding of its complexities, challenges and evolving landscape, required
3+ years of experience driving successful client implementations and earning trust through strong interpersonal presence and persuasive communication, required
3+ years of experience using data to identify trends and opportunities, deliver strategic insights, and manage a complex book of business, required
Proven ability to inspire high‑performing teams and drive continuous improvement through effective leadership and coaching, required; team management, preferred
Demonstrated enterprise mindset, with the ability to influence change and drive continuous improvement, preferred
Proficient technical skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau, required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead and influence internal and external matrix partners, required
