About this role

Act as the primary client contact, ensuring service and operational deliverables are met
Proactively respond to client requests, questions, and complaints, and coordinate necessary solutions
Represent the client’s interests within Express Scripts Canada to drive service improvements
Work with the Account Director to align service delivery with the client’s vision and objectives
Lead and develop the client benefits analyst team by setting clear goals and fostering high performance

Post-secondary degree in Business or 5 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of the NIHB Program or experience in healthcare and group benefits/insurance
3–5 years of leadership/supervisory experience, ideally in a customer service environment
Ability to work cross-functionally to communicate proactively and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Ability to motivate and influence team members and to create a culture that supports strong engagement
