About this role
Role Overview
Lead Medline’s Sales efforts within a select group of major accounts
Provide consultative approach in partnership with field sales
Responsible for maintaining existing business and growing market share
Develop and execute a vision and account strategy for growth
Create consultative relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate with Medline Field Sales team to promote sales goals
Manage account program costs while maximizing sales
Monitor and measure progress against budget
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a business or clinical-related field
At least 7 years of direct sales and/or account management experience in the healthcare industry
Ability to engage and present to senior management or C-suite
Understanding of customer and market dynamics
Proven ability to identify, connect and close new business
Experience in assessing and initiating actions independently
Ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex issues
Experience with cross-functional teams to identify solutions
