Recruiter – Quality, Regulatory

Role Overview

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting effort of sourcing, recruiting, selecting, and placing qualified candidates
• Assist in sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top talent
• Develop and maintain network of contacts to identify and attract candidates
• Screen potential candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting interviews
• Provide support and guidance to managers for a consistent recruiting process
• Extract and compile data for recruitment metrics and reporting
• Comply with employment laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Experience in HR recruiting processes and practices
• At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) capability preferred
