About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for developing, managing, and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts across France, Europe, and selected international scopes.
Work closely with end users, engineering firms, EPCs, installers, and channel partners to win and expand complex, long-cycle projects.
Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across France and Europe.
Build and execute multi-year account strategies, including growth plans and value propositions.
Lead complex, high-value opportunities from early engagement to contract signature.
Act as a matrix leader, mobilizing global and regional teams around customer priorities.
Monitor European and global trends in electrification, infrastructure, sustainability, and channel dynamics.
Requirements
10–15+ years in B2B sales or Key Account Management within electrification, energy, infrastructure, industrial projects, or related sectors.
Proven experience managing strategic accounts through channel partners.
Strong track record in complex, long-cycle deal environments.
Experience in matrixed, international organizations.
Strong knowledge of French and European markets; international exposure preferred.
Mandatory experience in the Data Center market.
