Manage a manufacturing network, maximizing quality, customer service, talent development and compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements
Support all operations departments to achieve business targets, ensuring compliance with objectives in terms of production volumes, delivery deadlines, quality levels and manufacturing costs
Develop the plant business plan and ensure that targets are met
Ensure the safety of employees in the areas by training and guiding the team on key aspects, company rules and standards
Ensure that all quality, safety and environmental requirements are met
Develop work teams to generate value through a product in accordance with customer specifications regarding service, quality, lead times and delivery costs
Requirements
Solid experience managing teams, preferably as a Plant Manager
At least 1 year in the current position
Strong knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement
Knowledge of people management/human resources and labor laws (CLT)
Strong knowledge of safety and environmental requirements
Knowledge of finance and planning
Knowledge of Internal Auditing of Quality Standards and ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI tools
