Lead full lifecycle implementations for technical installations and solution rollouts, including requirements gathering, project planning, procurement coordination, deployment, and go-live support.
Install, configure, and validate integrated environments spanning hardware, sensors, PLC-connected equipment, and network systems to ensure reliable performance and connectivity.
Develop and deploy software solutions that improve operational efficiency, increase automation, and reduce manual work.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and tiered support to diagnose complex issues, restore service quickly, and reduce downtime through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, uncover inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and system stability.
Requirements
Associate’s degree or 2 years of college experience preferably in Animal Science, Feedlot Management, Nutrition, or other related major.
2-3 years of experience working in a feed yard, primarily in the feed management division.
Experience with end-to-end implementation and support of integrated technical solutions (hardware, sensors, networking, and software).
PLC programming experience (ability to modify, troubleshoot, and validate PLC logic in support of operational needs).
Advanced troubleshooting of electrical systems, including diagnosing power, control, and signal issues using appropriate test equipment and safe work practices.
Advanced troubleshooting of PC-related issues, including hardware/software diagnosis, OS configuration, imaging, drivers, and peripheral/network connectivity.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use operational data to drive performance improvements.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, and vendors).
