Assist with talent sourcing efforts by posting job openings, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting resume review activities under the guidance of recruiting partners.
Coordinate and schedule interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams, ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview experience.
Support onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a smooth and welcoming transition, including coordinating first week onboarding and training schedules, documentation, and system access.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee and candidate records across People Team systems and tools.
Requirements
3+ years of administrative support experience in HR, recruiting, or People Team environments, with proven ability to assist multiple team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote) and familiarity with shared systems and standards.
Strong organizational skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and basic project management, ensuring deadlines and tasks are met efficiently.
Demonstrated integrity and discretion, understanding confidentiality and best practices for handling sensitive information.
