Role Overview
- Responsible for quality professional services project delivery
- Accountable for continuous recruitment and development of Project Managers, System Engineers, Consultants, and Team Leads
- Partner with Manager of Field Pre-Sales to support pre-sales activities
- Maintain awareness of project status and guide Project Managers through execution
Requirements
- 10+ years in industry experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- In-depth understanding of professional services project delivery
- Hands-on experience as a Program Manager and/or PS consultant
- In-depth knowledge of business strategy and operations
- Ability to travel to and from customer sites
- University Degree/College diploma or equivalent experience
