Support daily store operations, including cleaning and processing merchandise, setting up displays, restocking shelves, assisting at the register, maintaining organized sales floors and fitting rooms.
Provide comprehensive donor support by receiving and processing donations and issuing receipts.
Deliver exceptional customer service through greetings, merchandise sales, and assisting customers with carry-out support.
Support store initiatives, marketing campaigns, and communicate the mission of the American Cancer Society to customers and donors.
Requirements
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Years of experience: 2 years prior retail/service experience.
Some leadership experience a plus (i.e. key holder, lead or above.)
Driver’s License Requirement(s): Valid driver’s license not required but is a plus.
Vaccine Requirement(s): As required by government agencies for those working with the public.
