- Handle incoming customer inquiries in Dutch via phone and email
- Resolve complaints with empathy and provide tailored solutions

- Work flexibly across different shifts, including weekends and night shifts
Requirements
- Initial experience in dealing with customers
- Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level or higher)
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident in using computers and common software, including Microsoft Office
