Act as the Owner’s Representative throughout all phases of design and construction, from concept through closeout.
Manage multiple simultaneous projects, including airport rental car facilities, maintenance shops, fueling systems, car wash systems, plumbing and electrical infrastructure, ADA accessibility features, and administrative offices.
Oversee programming, design development, permitting, procurement, and construction to ensure alignment with company standards, operational requirements, and brand image.
Ensure compliance with lease agreements, airport design criteria, local building codes, ADA requirements, safety regulations, and sustainability goals.
Lead negotiations and manage relationships with landlords, airport authorities, and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
10+ years of progressive experience in design and construction project management, preferably in an owner’s rep or client-side capacity.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Primavera.
