Role Overview
- Act as the Owner’s Representative throughout all phases of design and construction
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects involving various facility types
- Oversee programming, design development, permitting, procurement, and construction
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements, local building codes, and safety regulations
- Lead negotiations and manage relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in design and construction project management
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (Master’s preferred)
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Primavera
