Work closely with Field Sales Representatives and Customer Support
Install and train staff in clinics on IDEXX Diagnostic Imaging Systems
Assist with critical customer need visits
Provide onsite technical support for equipment issues
Manage schedule based on customer needs
Build relationships with customers and peers
Utilize various programs to strategize customer visits
Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience
Training and/or leadership background strongly preferred
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to build strong customer and peer partnerships
Ability to plan and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
Effective listening skills
Comfortable with technology such as computers, tablets, and Smartphones
Computer networking experience is a plus
