Role Overview
- Provide administrative, customer service, and business development support to investment advisors and the team.
- Respond to client requests for information regarding their accounts and the firm’s products and services.
- Conduct research and follow up as needed to ensure high-quality service.
- Refer requests to the appropriate person or team.
- Advise members/clients on choosing and making the most of tools and channels based on their desired level of independence and automation.
- Answer incoming calls, handle information requests, and direct them to the appropriate contact.
- Help identify your team’s operational risks and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC) or equivalent college credential in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered
- French language proficiency required
