Use SQL and analytical tools to identify trends in cancellations, defect rates, prep-time accuracy, and partner behavior.
Support the design, evaluation, and refinement of operational policies, including compensation rules, cancellation management, and SLA performance frameworks for restaurants.
Work with Commercial, Product, and Ops teams to execute initiatives that address the root causes of operational issues.
Detect operational inefficiencies across restaurant partners and propose improvements that reduce cancellations, prevent defects, and improve end-to-end order flow.
Monitor key KPIs related to restaurant operations and support alignment on priorities across countries, categories, and partner tiers.
Present findings, insights, and recommendations in a clear and structured way, ensuring alignment and adoption from country teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Support the development and application of analytical models, including basic machine learning or AI-driven approaches.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake) and data analytics; ability to build structured analyses, identify operational patterns, and support model development.
Basic understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, or AI-based approaches.
Ability to identify operational gaps, propose solutions, and support execution through a structured, data-driven approach.
Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders through insights.
