About this role

Serve as the primary commercial business partner to the Strategic Alliance team for the Strategic Alliance Partnership
Represent Ipsen’s commercial function in external governance bodies (e.g., Joint Executive Committee)
Review and conduct robust assessment of partner local marketing plans
Build, analyze, and challenge business cases as part of Ipsen’s governance processes
Develop and deliver robust, decision-enabling presentation materials with clarity and influence
Monitor aesthetic market trends, competitive developments, and performance indicators

15+ years of progressive experience across strategy, commercial, and operational leadership roles
Significant experience in the aesthetics market (toxins, fillers, injectables)
Strong analytical skills
Experience working within alliances, joint ventures, or cross-company collaborations
Proven ability to develop business cases, interpret financial analyses, and contribute to P&L decisions
Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences or related discipline. MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred
English (fluent – spoken and written) is essential. Additional languages a benefit
