Understand clients' business needs and translate them into future-oriented IT solutions
Spend 60% of your time leading and developing the Solution Sales team; invest 40% of your time in direct solution sales activities with our customers
Requirements
Degree (university / UAS / higher vocational diploma / EFZ) in Computer Science or Business Informatics or equivalent qualification
Several years' experience in leading and selling IT services to large enterprise customers, with proven success in negotiations and contract closures
Excellent knowledge of the IT solutions business in the Swiss B2B market
Communicative, confident in appearance, and possessing a strong can-do attitude
Enjoys teamwork and coaching and developing employees
Structured, independent working style and strong commitment
Very good German and English; additional national languages an advantage
