Maintain compliance with ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence and Joint Accreditation requirements across all KME activities
Ensure KME meets its annual commitment to a target percentage of activities designated as Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE), including verifying that IPCE activities meet requirements for interprofessional planning, faculty, and learner participation, and address interprofessional collaboration in content
Track multiple CME/CE activities simultaneously using Asana and internal tools
Ensure accuracy of tracking spreadsheets and reporting documents in Excel
Support collection of required documentation from joint providers (e.g., disclosures, evaluations, attendance/learner data, outcomes documentation, etc.)
Monitor deadlines and proactively ensure all activities are on track
Lead preparation for Joint Accreditation reaccreditation cycles and self-studies; serve as primary liaison to the Joint Accreditation organizations
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in continuing healthcare education, with at least 2 years in an accreditation leadership or compliance-focused role at an accredited provider
Working knowledge of both ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence and Joint Accreditation requirements, including IPCE standards and the joint providership model
Demonstrated experience leading or supporting accreditation review processes
Experience managing partner or client relationships in a healthcare education context
