Analyze and evaluate user needs and data to create concepts, prototypes and iterate on ideas
Collaborate with customer groups and lead solution development from concept to completion for small to medium sized initiatives and support other resources for larger initiatives
Create user-friendly solutions using techniques grounded in UX and design thinking principles to uncover optimal user experiences with available technologies
Develop a summary of results for presentation to clients at various levels of the organization in the business terms they understand
Generate mock-ups and user requirements which can be used by IT and other technical vendor partners to build new or enhanced solutions
Collaborate closely with agile product teams, business SME's, product owners, designers, business analysts and technologists to build business cases and solution prototypes
Design, drive and facilitate solutioning workshops with partners
Supports user training, acts as an ambassador of the solution, and partners with project teams to ensure smooth launch and adoption
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
3-5 years work experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics, general technology delivery, business-focused solutioning, and/or equivalent relevant experience
Demonstrated expertise in problem framing, design thinking, and analytics techniques is required
Must demonstrate a foundational understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning and data analysis concepts
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
Excellent partnering skills to foster collaboration across organizational boundaries
Committed, inquisitive self-starter with an ability to learn quickly and challenge the status-quo
Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional teams
Demonstrated consulting, leadership and client management skills
Able to work on multiple projects with conflicting deadlines
