Own and drive the Factory’s strategic vision in alignment with executive management.
Structure and expand the Factory offering (design, tech, product).
Develop and manage the commercial pipeline of prospects.
Ensure profitability and manage the P&L.
Act as a delivery leader
Contribute directly to high‑impact engagements: scoping, experience design, MVPs, and agile delivery.
Be hands‑on: produce deliverables, support clients, and resolve pain points.
Ensure the quality, relevance and impact of interventions.
Own client relationships
Serve as the strategic point of contact for key accounts.
Understand clients’ business and technological challenges to propose concrete solutions.
Co‑design innovation journeys, from the initial need to implementation.
Manage a multidisciplinary team (designers, developers, PO/PMs…).
Develop individual and collective skills.
Foster a climate of trust, co‑creation and supportive high standards.
Requirements
10+ years’ experience in a consulting firm, agency or studio
Degree from a top engineering, business or design school
Passionate about experience design, technology and innovation
Combine strategic vision with a delivery culture
Solid experience in consulting firms or agencies, with a track record of commercial growth and/or business unit leadership
Experience managing a P&L and familiarity with business realities (profitability, staffing, delivery, etc.)
Comfortable leading executive steering committees as well as supporting product teams
Recognized for your ability to get things done, natural leadership and results orientation without sacrificing the human element
Fluent in French and English, written and spoken, to collaborate effectively in international environments
