Lead the development of high-quality, research-led publications and oversee research workstreams.
Design and iterate overarching research frameworks, including key questions, thematic pillars, methodologies, and evaluative criteria.
Execute deep-dive investigations using National Libraries to uncover historical context and primary source documents.
Maintain exhaustive desktop research across academic papers and reports.
Lead stakeholder engagement by identifying and interviewing key figures.
Build and maintain the project’s central Research Repository within Google Workspace.
Translate dense research into engaging essays and articles in collaboration with the writing team.
Oversee the project’s master production roadmap in ClickUp.

5+ years in a senior research, writing, or content development role (e.g., Journalism, Think Tanks, or Strategic Consulting).
Demonstrated ability to build a research framework from scratch and manage a complex verification trail.
Strong ability to synthesise information, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
A clear, structured writing style and a proven ability to produce long-form content that is both intellectually rigorous and highly readable.
Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
