About this role

Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails (50+ patient interactions per day)
Conduct patient intakes and accurately document information in the EHR
Schedule patients based on clinician availability, specialty, and insurance participation
Verify insurance eligibility and explain benefits, copays, and next steps clearly
Maintain accurate schedules and documentation
Coordinate with clinicians, billing, and administrative staff to resolve issues efficiently

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
2+ years of experience in a medical office, behavioral health practice, or healthcare administrative role
Direct experience verifying insurance benefits and explaining coverage to patients
Experience using EHR systems and managing appointment scheduling
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Reliable home office with high-speed internet
Must pass Level 2 background check
Must reside in Florida
