Team management: Lead professionals across Junior, Mid-level and Senior levels, as well as the SIA (Security Advisor).
Governance and processes: Ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices and recognized frameworks (MISP, MITRE ATT&CK).
Operations and monitoring: Oversee operations on SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel and Splunk, with integrations to ITSM tools like ServiceNow and JIRA.
Risk management: Coordinate processes for identifying, analyzing and mitigating risks.
Client relations: Serve as an escalation point and ensure excellence in service delivery.
Strategic planning: Define goals, indicators and strategies for the continuous evolution of services.
Incident management: Ensure rapid and effective response to critical incidents.
Innovation and evolution: Promote new offerings, solutions and innovations that improve efficiency and quality in service delivery and expand the portfolio.
Requirements
Deep knowledge of Cybersecurity.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams (N1, N2, N3, SIA).
Knowledge of Threat Intelligence, log analysis and incident response.
Familiarity with compliance and governance (ISO 27001, NIST, LGPD).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Security or related fields.
Experience: Background in Cybersecurity and leadership positions.
