Act as the company’s representative (preposto) in labor claims, attending hearings and representing the company with full knowledge of the facts;
Monitor and follow up on labor lawsuits at all instances;
Draft and review contracts generally, with a focus on labor-related clauses, liability, legal security, and compliance;
Prepare legal opinions and technical notes related to labor law;
Work together with business areas to review and advise on processes and practices involving labor issues;
Provide technical support to internal projects that involve sensitive aspects of labor law;
Participate in the drafting and updating of corporate policies related to labor law and compliance;
Support interaction with regulatory authorities and respond to labor-related requests;
Assist internal and external audits related to labor compliance;
Promote a culture of labor compliance and governance within the company;
Deliver trainings and workshops on legal and contractual best practices in labor matters;
Use BI tools to analyze legal and compliance data;

Education: Bachelor's degree in Law;
Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) (mandatory).
Practical experience in labor law and labor litigation;
Previous experience analyzing and reviewing labor-related contracts;
Experience monitoring labor claims and acting as company representative (preposto) in hearings;
Knowledge of internal labor policy reporting and structuring;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred: Experience with Power BI for legal and/or compliance data analysis;
Familiarity with AI tools applied to the legal environment (e.g., document automation, predictive contract review, etc.).
