Role Overview
- Lead the sales team

Requirements
- Have an active portfolio of corporate clients (PJ)
- Prospect and develop corporate (PJ) clients
- Sell and market financial products
- Manage, expand and retain the client portfolio
- Prepare, present and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts
- Lead negotiations and strategic partnerships
- Conduct sales visits and in-person or remote meetings with clients and partners
- Analyze financial opportunities and transactions
- Set targets, commercial strategies and action plans
- Monitor targets and commercial performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare management reports with commercial results
- Monitor the financial market and competitors
- Participate in industry events, trade shows and financial sector conferences
- Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Legal and Operations)
