The FIDC Commercial Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing commercial strategies to raise capital and retain clients in the FIDC segment.
Responsible for prospecting new business, negotiating contracts and monitoring the financial market.
Requirements
Have an active portfolio of corporate clients (legal entities) with established relationships and a proven ability to generate business in the financial market
Maintain an active base of corporate client accounts
Prospect and develop corporate clients, expanding the commercial portfolio within the region of operation
Market financial products with a focus on receivables financing (invoice discounting/anticipation), working capital and structured transactions via FIDC
Manage, expand and retain the client portfolio, maintaining a consultative, close and long-term relationship
Prepare, present and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts, ensuring profitability, financial viability and compliance with internal policies
Conduct negotiations and strategic partnerships from prospecting through closing transactions
Carry out sales visits and hold in-person or remote meetings with clients and partners
Analyze opportunities and financial transactions, assessing viability, risk and suitability for the client's profile
Define targets, commercial strategies and action plans to grow the portfolio and raise capital in the FIDC segment
Monitor targets, commercial performance indicators (KPIs) and portfolio performance
Prepare management reports with commercial results and performance indicators
Monitor the financial market and competitors, identifying trends, opportunities and relevant practices in the FIDC segment
Participate in industry events, trade shows and financial sector conferences for networking and market updates
Work autonomously with a results-driven approach, focused on value generation and sustainable growth
Collaborate with internal areas (finance, legal and operations), ensuring alignment, integration and efficiency in commercial processes
