Maintain an active portfolio of corporate clients (legal entities).
Have an active client base of corporate clients.
Prospect and develop corporate clients, expanding the commercial portfolio within the area of operation.
Commercialize financial products focused on receivables financing (anticipation of receivables), working capital and structured transactions via FIDC.
Manage, expand and retain the client portfolio, maintaining consultative, close and long-term relationships.
Prepare, present and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts, ensuring profitability, financial feasibility and compliance with internal policies.
Lead negotiations and strategic partnerships from prospecting through deal closing.
Conduct commercial visits and hold in-person or remote meetings with clients and partners.
Analyze opportunities and financial transactions, assessing viability, risk and fit with the client profile.
Define targets, commercial strategies and action plans for portfolio growth and capital raising in the FIDC segment.
Monitor targets, commercial performance indicators (KPIs) and portfolio performance.
Prepare management reports with commercial results and performance indicators.
Monitor the financial market and competitors, identifying trends, opportunities and relevant practices in the FIDC segment.
Participate in industry events, fairs and conferences for networking and market updates.
Work autonomously, results-oriented, focused on value generation and sustainable growth.
Collaborate with internal departments (finance, legal and operations) to ensure alignment, integration and efficiency in commercial processes.
