Lead the development of performance-driven creative across paid media channels—from concept and testing to coordination, analysis, and optimization.
Sit at the intersection of growth, creativity, and strategy—collaborating closely with Marketing to translate audience and brand insights into actionable hypotheses, rapid experimentation, and creative that drives performance.
Ideate and script your video concepts in a clear voice to tell a specific story about a product to a specific audience, scaling what works well and nixing what doesn't.
Aggregate and synthesize paid social data and apply what the metrics are saying to come up with creative concepts that will move the needle and capture the right audience.
Interpret data reflecting consumer behavior across the paid social ecosystem to iterate existing videos, continually optimizing performance across multiple metrics.
Work cross-functionally with a team of directors, editors, and producers (internal and external). Able to juggle 5 concepts in pre-production at the same time as 6 other projects in post-production.
Stay on top of trends in social media and tech space, helping the team stay at the forefront of growth and trends! Goal: Make informed decisions to capture an audience and convert them into customers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in advertising, Marketing, or a strongly related field or equivalent experience.
2-3 years in growth creative strategy, preferably within a DTC or e-commerce environment (wellness &/or beauty experience is a plus!)
Proven ability to concept, test, and scale high-performing ad creative across paid media channels.
A portfolio of digital content you have helped create (or created yourself), and the ability to talk about the strategy that informed each piece in the portfolio
3+ years experience in advertising and/or content creation
3+ years of experience as a creative builder and maker of stories
Combination of excellent conceptual and copywriting skills
Able to combine streamlined copywriting and visual narratives into one medium
Paid social or direct response work examples, especially in the CPG space.
Ability to bring ideas to life on a whiteboard, big stage presentation, or finished content.
