Manage the roadmap, prioritize deliverables, apply agile practices (Scrum), anticipate risks and act as Proxy-PO or PM as needed between the client and the delivery team.
Analyze requirements, facilitate workshops, co-create user stories with developers, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Ensure continuous visibility into progress, budgets, and risks, both internally and with clients through sprint reports and regular governance meetings.
Act as a facilitator, own the client's needs, contribute to proposals and RFPs, identify new opportunities, and ensure overall satisfaction.
Ensure project profitability, manage changes and cost overruns, participate in billing, and validate timesheets.
Requirements
Significant experience in IT project management — minimum 4–5 years
Experience working with software development teams
Experience collaborating with external clients in a consulting capacity
Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously
Strong requirements analysis skills
Proficient in creating and managing product backlogs and user stories
Proficient in budget management and client billing
Bilingual in French and English
