Generate qualified meetings with healthcare leaders overwhelmed by missed calls and inefficiencies
Learn how to prospect, pitch, and build a sales career at rocket speed
Consistently hit monthly meeting targets through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Own inbound qualification and respond to leads with fast, thoughtful insights
Share field insights with Sales & Marketing to improve targeting
Become a top performer, hitting and exceeding quota
Mentor new SDRs as the team grows
Prepare to step up into Account Executive or Growth roles at Vocca
Requirements
You’re ambitious, competitive, and hungry to prove yourself.
You thrive on challenges and don’t shy away from the grind of outbound sales.
You have excellent communication skills: clear, confident, and persuasive.
You’re coachable and eager to learn — you want feedback and act on it quickly.
You’re resilient: every “no” brings you closer to a “yes.”
It’s a plus if you have experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or any role where persuasion and resilience were key.
It’s also a plus if you have experience with Attio (CRM).
