Requirements
5+ years of experience owning and scaling B2B marketing (GTM strategy, demand gen, and positioning) with clear revenue impact
You have strategic GTM vision and a GTM culture: You can design and prioritize growth levers for a B2B SaaS company and explain what has worked at high-growth companies
You know how to turn this strategic vision into actionable marketing deliverables: You know how to define ICP, craft positioning, and structure messaging for different segments
You understand demand generation and can lead it: You understand the main acquisition levers (SEO, paid, content, events), can set strategy and targets, and can effectively manage someone who runs day-to-day execution and proves ROI
You understand brand and content and can lead it: You can create compelling brand narratives, know what good B2B content looks like, and spark the kind of magic that makes a brand contagious
Hands-on builder: You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and starting in the field before building and hiring your team
