Generate data to support R&D for crop protection and seed treatment products.
Design field trial experiments to meet both research and commercial objectives.
Work closely with R&D and Technical teams to ensure key targets are met.
Execute the field trials program and ensure high‑quality field operations, including cultivation work, seed treatment, drilling, combining, and spraying in line with business requirements.
Support R&D teams by applying test items for seed treatments and foliar sprays using both established methods and new procedures.
Monitor and record detailed assessments of crop emergence, disease incidence, and crop health at various growth stages, in accordance with study plans and EPPO and equivalent international guidelines.
Follow Good Experimental Practice (GEP) principles where required.
Prepare and approve final study plans and reports using Microsoft Office applications and specialized software such as ARM and Trials Master Schedule.
Accurately record all data to ensure the generation of high‑quality field results.
Requirements
Minimum of ten years’ experience in agricultural field trials or crop trials.
A relevant degree in Science or Agriculture is strongly preferred.
Proven experience working with strict technical and quality guidelines.
Highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic, able to work independently and effectively lead partners and CROs.
Practical farming and arable crop production knowledge is an advantage.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Computer literate (Excel, ARM, Access databases, and other MS Office applications) with excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt to the seasonal nature of the workload.
