About this role
Role Overview
Working alongside the HR Director, you will undertake a range of varied tasks with a strong generalist focus: HR administration
Drafting employment contracts, amendments and HR correspondence
Managing employee files
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintaining HR dashboards
Recruitment & sourcing
Defining requirements with hiring managers
Writing and posting job advertisements
Sourcing candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, direct approach)
Phone pre-screening
Organizing and participating in interviews
Tracking applications and managing candidate experience
Contributing to recruitment process improvements
Reviewing and structuring HR processes
Mapping existing processes
Documenting and improving procedures
Updating HR documentation
Assisting with regulatory compliance
Contributing to cross-functional projects (organization, HR tools, onboarding, employer branding, etc.)
Supporting harmonization of practices between the French and US entities
Supporting internal communication
Requirements
Master's student in HR, labor law, or business school with an HR specialization
Strong interest in a generalist HR role including recruitment
Attention to detail, discretion, and autonomy
Good interpersonal skills and a structured, organized approach
Professional-level English required (international context)
