Role Overview
- Advisory: You provide comprehensive advice to prospects and clients on our cyber security services
- Order management: Responsible from the first proposal through to successful delivery
- Account maintenance: Proactive contact with business partners and identification of potential opportunities
- Project support: Support in planning and coordinating large awareness campaigns
- Cross-team collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with multimedia designers and technical consultants
Requirements
- Empathy: For you, sales means listening first and then speaking
- Experience: You are confident in account management
- Enthusiasm: You always see the glass as half full
- Technical understanding: Basic IT knowledge and initial exposure to cyber security
- Persistence: Enjoy repeatedly engaging prospects and customers to win them over
- Professionalism: Independent organization and reliability
- Tender/RFP experience: Ideally experience handling tenders or RFPs
- Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English
