About this role
Role Overview
- Write high-converting email campaigns, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages.
- Work with dynamic variables (e.g., first name, bonus amounts, wagering requirements).
- Create on-site promotional content (banners, pop-ups, landing pages).
- Develop engaging welcome, reload, cashback, VIP, and seasonal campaign copy.
- Adapt tone depending on lifecycle stage (acquisition, retention, VIP, reactivation).
- Ensure all content aligns with responsible gambling standards.
- Maintain strict accuracy in bonus terms, wagering requirements, and promotional mechanics.
- Contribute to A/B testing initiatives.
- Utilize AI tools to scale and enhance content production.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience.
- Proven experience writing promotional and CRM content.
- Native or near-native English proficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with CMS systems.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Additional language skills.
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
