Distributor management: Onboard, support and develop our distributors and wholesalers, building long-term relationships.
Customer consulting: Advise customers on workplace safety solutions and ensure they can integrate Dustlight effectively into their daily operations.
Market analysis and strategy: Monitor trends, identify new business opportunities and help optimize our sales strategy.
Contract negotiations: Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring all details are agreed to the satisfaction of both parties.
Requirements
Professional experience in sales and/or key account management — ideally in B2B and with a passion for technical products.
Strong communication and negotiation skills — you can communicate confidently in German and English (min. C1) and persuade with empathy and assertiveness.
Independent and proactive working style — you find solutions and contribute ideas to address the challenges of our customers and sales partners.
Experience with outreach campaigns and sales tools — familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
