Requirements
Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
Strong understanding and experience in applying Agile Frameworks (SCRUM) to different situations.
4+ years of experience in engineering management roles, including leading teams of 15+ engineers.
Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and being proactive in solving challenges.
Positive attitude and ability to take the initiative; self-disciplined, well organized and highly committed with the ability to multitask.
An experienced leader with a positive reputation and with a strong technical background.
Previous experience of backend software architectures, preferably a knowledge in Java.
