Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, assisted living facilities, hospice providers, senior focused organizations, and community organizations to optimize referral sources.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue in the East Valley.
Educate potential clients and their families about our services and the benefits of senior home care.
Collaborate with the office team to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
Attend networking events and represent the company at community functions.
Requirements
Proven outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare or related home care fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
