About this role
Role Overview
Build the market: Identify, qualify, and win the first customers in the kitchen and furniture sector
Manage the sales process: Own the entire sales cycle from first contact through demo to contract signing
Onboard customers: Conduct onboarding, training sessions, and workshops
Develop partnerships: Build long-term, trust-based customer relationships and act as a strategic sparring partner
Shape the product: Feed customer feedback and market insights into product development
Represent the industry: Represent Planelio at trade fairs, events, and conferences in the furniture and kitchen sector
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales — ideally in SaaS sales or the CRM software space
Proven track record of closing complex deals and managing stakeholders
Strong presentation and communication skills
Solid understanding of digital products and data-driven work with KPIs
High degree of ownership, self-motivation, and structured working style
Willingness to travel approx. 2 days per week
Nice-to-have: Experience in the furniture or kitchen market; experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
