Management and coordination of web projects across all phases (initial discovery, requirements gathering, planning, monitoring/controlling, implementation, closure)
Communication with and advisory support for clients; handling client inquiries by email and phone
Act as the interface between design, development and the client
Creation of project roadmaps in coordination with clients
Resource planning for project teams
Assistance with cost estimates and the preparation of proposals/quotes

A suitable and relevant education or degree: e.g., computer science education with business training, business/commerce education with IT experience, or a comparable background
Several years of experience leading IT and digital projects, ideally in an agency environment
Experience with project documentation and proposal/quotation processes
Enjoyment in supporting and advising clients and in leading interdisciplinary project teams
Knowledge of various agile methods (Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking)
Entrepreneurial mindset and self-initiative
Positive attitude with a good sense of humor
Team player who enjoys collaborating with others
