As an ICT Support Engineer, you act as a competent point of contact for our customers
When required, you commission client, server and network systems on site
Take assigned days on the helpdesk
Responsible for receiving, qualifying and prioritizing incidents and support cases
Handle support cases largely independently
Opportunity to gradually assume operational responsibility for individual SLYNET services
Technical contact person for the service, including maintenance and further development

ICT specialist with EFZ (Swiss Federal VET certificate) with at least 1 year of professional experience, or equivalent career changers
Broad-based IT knowledge in the Microsoft systems and cloud environment
Independent problem-solving through an analytical and structured working approach
High willingness to learn and quick comprehension
Knowledge in Windows Server and client systems, Remote Desktop environments, Active Directory, virtualization solutions and IP networks
Enjoy working in direct contact with customers
On-call availability
Strong written and spoken German and ability to communicate in English
French language skills are an advantage
Team-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability
