Actively help shape services and make a visible contribution to the digitalization of administration

Completed vocational training in an IT or commercial field, or comparable proven several years of experience in IT support and/or order coordination
Strong communication skills
Customer-focused working style
Enjoy collaborative, cross-departmental work
Good understanding of IT
Ability to explain technical information clearly
Good commercial awareness
Responsible management of costs, deadlines and resources
Strong problem-solving skills
Structured way of working
Good self-organization skills
Proficient in MS Office
Ideally, initial experience with Navision / Business Central
Open to and interested in working with document management and ticketing systems
