Prepare case summaries, create case files and position statements so an attorney can continue work immediately without follow-up questions.
Coordinate external counsel and internal stakeholders.
Make independent decisions when information is incomplete.
Requirements
Parallel case management – You have managed many matters simultaneously while maintaining an overview. You always know what is open and what will happen next.

Legal background – You have worked with legal issues and can classify and structure facts clearly.
Service contracts and dunning procedures – BGB §631 et seq., dunning proceedings and Terms & Conditions are familiar to you, or you can get up to speed quickly.
Tools as leverage – You actively use systems to manage your work. Tools and AI help you to work more efficiently.
